Emotional Labour and (Co)Regulation

1.5-3 hours

Emotional labour is the inside work you, as a helper, do on the inside as you walk alongside others. Our own emotional experiences such as frustration, anger, and even sadness can be a lot to manage while staying present in the presence of others. This workshop will support a conversation about what this feels like and how we might practice strategies that help regulate our nervous system while bringing calm to those around us as well.
